Shipping Policy
For overseas delivery, it is delivered by ‘TNT Express or EMS’ Shipping charges are depending on the size and weight of the product. There may be a problems with delays or additional charges due to natural disasters and social conditions. In the special cases such as Covid-19, it can be delivered by other method etc.
Return & Exchange Policy
For thread lift product, there is an individual LOT number. Return or exchange will not be accepted unless the item has a discrepancy or a defect in order to the procedure of melting thread produced within 2 months.
Please proceed after contacting our customer center(layunshop@layunkorea.com) for cancellation, exchange, or return made after your payment.
- For exchange, and return due to customer’s change of mind, the customer must pay shipping.
(Except for defect of product and delivery error)
- However, please note that in the following cases, it will not be returned or exchanged even within 7 days after receipt of the item.
* If the value of the product is damaged due to removal of product tag, opening and loss or damage of goods box.
